Absolutely NO cell phone usage during service.
Clients are allow to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, not prior.
Reminder lash services take approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.

Lashes by Lia does not fill over other artists work. You can book a removal and a new set of your choice.

Booking policy:

All appointments have a 10 minutes grace period, anything after that will result an additional $25 late fee.

All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance your scheduled appointment time to avoid full service charged.

No shows will be charged 100% of booked services

Absolutely No extra guests, kids or pets.

We do not offer refunds on any services

Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. However if an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us lashesbylia1@gmail.com with in 30 of your purchase.
